Who owns the system under Power-as-a-Service?
Crestgreen or its financing partner owns, insures and maintains it. You pay only for the energy you use, at a tariff fixed below your current diesel cost.
What's the minimum contract?
Typically 7–10 years for PaaS and 3–5 years for lease-to-own. Sites need at least ₦2m a month in energy spend.
What if output is lower than promised?
PaaS contracts include a performance guarantee. If measured output falls short, the shortfall is credited on your invoice.
Can we buy the system early?
Yes. Every contract includes a buy-out schedule by year.
