Terms of sale

Prices are in naira and include VAT. Your order is confirmed when we receive confirmation of payment from our payment provider, not when you are redirected back to our site.

If a price is shown in error, we'll contact you before dispatch and you may cancel for a full refund.

Delivery times are estimates. Risk passes to you on delivery; ownership passes on full payment (or, for Pay Small Small, as set out in your credit agreement).

Installations follow a site survey. If the survey finds the site needs extra work (for example a longer cable run), we'll quote it before starting and you may cancel without charge.

Instalment credit is provided by the lending partner named in your quote, under their credit agreement. Betapawa is not a lender. Remote lock-out applies only where disclosed in your signed agreement.

Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Act 2018.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
