Orders and delivery
How long does delivery and installation take?
Lagos orders deliver next working day; Abuja and Ibadan in two days; most other states in three to six. Installation is booked at checkout, usually within 3–7 days of delivery.
Can I change my delivery address?
Yes, until your order is dispatched. WhatsApp us with your order number.
Do you deliver on weekends?
Saturdays in Lagos, Abuja and Ibadan. Elsewhere, Monday to Friday.
Installation
Who installs my system?
Every Betapawa install is done or supervised by a Crestgreen-certified engineer. You'll see their name and certification before install day.
What does the installation price include?
Mounting, up to 20m of cabling, DC/AC protection, earthing, commissioning, a handover pack and a 12-month workmanship warranty.
Can you install equipment I bought elsewhere?
Yes, after an engineer inspects it. Workmanship is warranted; the equipment warranty stays with the seller.
Paying
How does Pay Small Small work?
Pay a down payment and spread the rest over 3 to 24 months through an FCCPC-registered lending partner. You see the APR and total cost before you apply, and most decisions take under 10 minutes.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Card, bank transfer and USSD via Paystack. USD, GBP and EUR cards via Flutterwave for customers paying from abroad.
Is my order confirmed when I'm redirected back?
We confirm only after Paystack or Flutterwave confirms the payment to us directly, usually within seconds. You'll get a WhatsApp and email receipt.
Warranty and returns
Are your products genuine?
Yes. We buy from manufacturers and authorised distributors only. Every serial number is registered to you and you can check it on our verify page.
What warranty do I get?
Manufacturer warranties from 1 year (accessories) up to 10 years (lithium batteries) and 25 years (panel performance), plus a 12-month workmanship warranty on every install.
How do I return something?
Unopened items within 7 days of delivery. See our returns and warranty policy.
